Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Brush lamb chops with oil. Sprinkle seasoning, Salt and Pepper on each side of chops and rub in.
  2. Barbecue chops over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Using Grip & Grab, remove chops to a warm platter and cover to keep warm.
  3. Heat Red Pepper Jelly in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring half-way through, until warm and melted. Spoon over grilled chops.
