Kid-approved and hassle-free, this Italian-inspired classic doesn’t require endless, stovetop stirring. Make it in the microwave in a Silicone Steamer in 20 minutes; with just one stir. A cozy, comforting dish that’s the perfect addition to fall, winter, and holiday meals.

Prep tips:
- Top with shaved Parmesan cheese, cracked black pepper, fresh thyme, parsley, or chives, sundried tomatoes, or black olives
- Try Pesto Polenta: Stir in pesto sauce at the end of cooking
- Use oat meal or almond milk instead of dairy (note blend contains cheese)
- Cook in a Round or Multipurpose Steamer. It can also be made in a multipurpose pot, Sauté Pan on the stove, but it will take 35-40 minutes and requires constant stirring
- Makes about 4 cups
